I have done this already with a small law office here in Seattle. They replaced their Domain Controller, MS Web host and MS Exchange email server. The total cost was approximately $250 / computer. The cost will vary depending on how many mail messages you have on your old mail server, accounts to configure, web pages to set up and network printers involved. The MySql databases have an easy to use PHP inteface which I can show you how to use.
