Bike Tour Cross-Country 1987

Bicycle Tour with Bikecentenial (Now Adventure Cycling) summer of 1987. It was one of the most amazing experiences of my life. Here you see a narrative of each day with three pictures. Note, if you want to jump ahead and read the narrative first and then whiz through the pictures you can start with the third page.

Here I am on the little ferry to Lake Champlain. It was a short crossing west to east, but would be very long from north to south. You can see New Hampshire on the other side. Then I went to Dublin, NH and stayed over night in a state park. The following day I pedaled to an all night contradance in Brattleboro, Vermont. Nobody asked me how I got there. I took three months from Seattle to pedal there, but did not tell anybody. I did not stay up all night. Round about 3 AM I went to bed.

I will have future pics here for more travelogues in the future.
