OK, I love to get up early and go to bed early. I was in bed by 7:30 PM and up by 6 AM. It was still dark. So I read some of my German Der Spiegel magazine, actually finishing one and starting a second one. Then the sun slowly came up around 8 AM through the fog. I had already ate an amazing healthy breakfast and a huge snack the night before that was a dinner meal for me. So you get two meals when you stay here. I had some goats cheese too and humus and oatmeal in the morning. So you now see the fog as in a "Natural Mystic" of Bob Marley blowing through the air. If you listen carefully you will hear. I am listening with my eyes too.
